Upon termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason: a) Users obligations under clauses 4-10 will continue despite such termination; b) BloomBoom Casino retains its rights and remedies with respect to breach or default prior to the effective date of termination.
Users agree that, in case of disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions, the competent courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all such claims and controversies.
